Who we are

This website and our plugins (such as Dayslot) are made by [company name / your full name], [address], Kraków, Poland, [NIP / VAT number] („Creonix”, „we”). Contact: [your e-mail].

What we collect on this website

  • Contact form: your name, e-mail, website address and message — only to answer you. Kept as long as needed for the conversation, then deleted within [12] months.
  • Cookies: necessary cookies for the website to work and, only with your consent, statistics cookies. You can change your choice any time in the cookie banner.
  • Server logs: our hosting keeps technical logs (IP address, browser) for security for a short time.

Purchases

The Pro versions of our plugins (such as Dayslot Pro) are sold through Freemius, Inc., which acts as our reseller and processes the payment, the invoice and the license. Freemius receives the data you enter at checkout and processes it under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, e-mail and license details to support you.

Our plugins

Our plugins run on your own website and does not send your shop’s or your customers’ data to us. If you agree to join Freemius in a plugin („opt-in”), basic technical data about your site is sent to Freemius (site URL, WordPress, PHP and plugin versions, admin name and e-mail); you can skip this. In Dayslot, optional Pro features talk to Google (Maps Platform with your own key, Google Calendar with your own account) only when you switch them on.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, limit or object to its processing, and move it to another service. Write to [your e-mail]. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
