Seller

Our plugins (such as Dayslot Pro) are made by [company name / your full name], [address], Kraków, Poland, [NIP / VAT number]. Orders, payments and invoices are handled by our reseller Freemius, Inc., under its terms.

Free versions

The free versions of our plugins (such as Dayslot) are distributed on WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, free of charge.

What you buy

A Pro license (for example Dayslot Pro) gives you, for the period of the plan (usually one year), updates and support for the number of websites in your plan. The plugin code is licensed under the GPL v2 or later. When the license ends, Pro keeps working; updates and support stop until you renew.

Trial

The 14-day free trial needs no card. When it ends without a purchase, the plugin keeps working with the free features.

Renewal

Plans renew automatically at the end of the period unless you cancel before the renewal date (Delivery calendar → Account, or write to us). You get a reminder e-mail before the renewal.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within [14] days of the purchase or the renewal — write to [your e-mail] with your order e-mail. Consumers in the EU also keep their statutory rights.

Support

We help with the setup and the use of our plugins by e-mail, usually within one working day. We do not guarantee compatibility with every theme or plugin, but we try to help.

Liability

Our plugins are provided „as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost orders or profits, as far as the law allows. Please keep backups of your website.
